Inclusive Oncology Care

If you're a first-time patient at Cancer Center Of North Dakota, you'll meet our Patient Account Representatives and fill out and complete our Oncology Patient Information Questionnaire prior to your first appointment. This will ensure that your appointment process is as easy and stress-free as possible.

You can take advantage of our services either by scheduling an appointment yourself or by getting a referral from your physician. We also welcome the opportunity to provide you with a second opinion. We know how stressful an initial cancer diagnosis is, so we strive to keep the waiting time for your appointment to a minimum, and our exceptional physicians will do their best to help you.

Once you schedule an appointment with us, all facets of our services, from the latest research findings to the most advanced technology, will be made available for your healing.

What we ask from you

  • Bring your insurance cards.

  • Bring a list of all medications you're currently taking — including over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

  • If you want, bring someone with you to help listen to your physician's comments and responses to your questions.

  • Let us know whenever you change your address, telephone number, employment, marital status, or insurance.

  • Write down any questions or concerns you may have to discuss with your physician.

  • Schedule your next appointment every time you visit the clinic. This also includes lab, medication, and radiology appointments.

Appointment cancellation

We understand that emergencies and special needs can occur, which is why we do our best to accommodate your specific needs. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request you to let us know as early as possible so that we can give another patient the chance to see a doctor.

We work hard to keep waiting times to a minimum, but emergencies and unforeseen patient needs can cause delays. We apologize for the inconvenience.
