Anil Potti, MD
Hematologist and Medical Oncologist 

Dr. Anil Potti graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery Degree from the Christian Medical College and Hospital in Vellore, India.

He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of North Dakota’s School of Medicine in Fargo, ND where he also served as a Chief Resident. After spending more than 7 years in the Red River Valley region, he pursued Hematology/Oncology Training at Duke University, where he was also a faculty member for 4 years.

Dr. Potti is a Board Certified Clinician, and takes a special interest in serving patients with blood and cancer problems. An alumnus of the University of North Dakota, he has received numerous awards like the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Award, Resident of the Year Award and several Outstanding Teacher of the Year Awards. Presently, Dr. Potti looks forward to dedicating his efforts to helping cancer patients and their families in this region. As he says, “sure, the weather may be cold, but the people sure are warm.”

Annette Larson, MPAS, BSN, RN, PA-C
Physician Assistant

Annette is a proud, born-and-raised Minnesotan, and graduate of the UND Physician Assistant program. She was previously an inpatient oncology nurse who graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota School of Nursing in Minneapolis prior to moving back to the region. During her physician assistant program she was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for physician assistants, and in 2020 she was finalist as physician assistant of the year in North Dakota.

Annette’s friendly and compassionate demeanor, combined with her previous oncology nursing experience and passion for patient care, makes her an exceptional physician assistant. Her goal is to help our patients and their family understand and be active participants in their care. She believes that the goals and quality of life of each patient are the most important aspects of oncology care. She is inspired by the hope she sees in oncology patients each day. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors of Northern Minnesota and traveling.

Nicole Morgan, AGNP-C
Nurse Practitioner

Nicole has eleven years of experience in oncology and palliative care medicine fields providing high quality health care. She believes in educating patients so they feel knowledgeable to participate in their care and can make informed decisions.

Nicole graduated with honors, receiving her Bachelor’s in Nursing and also her Master of Science in Nursing, both at the University of North Dakota. Her certifications include Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse.

She is motivated to help patients achieve the highest possible quality of life. Throughout her career, Nicole focuses her attention to not only her patients, but also their families, to ensure the care she provides includes all aspects of their lives.

Outside of work, it’s all about family. Nicole loves spending time with her husband, two sons, and daughter – especially in the outdoors.

William R. Noyes, MD
Radiation Oncologist

As a Board Certified Radiation Oncologist, Dr. Noyes offers a level of care and experienced that work together to provide each patient with unmatched peace-of-mind. Dr. Noyes is a native of Cando, ND and a graduate of North Dakota’s School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Gundersen Clinic in La Crosse, WI and his residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinic in Madison, WI. His clinical experience includes: IMRT, 3D Comformal Radiotherapy, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Brachytherapy and HDR Brachytherapy. He has been active in ASTRO, ACRO, ABS and the North Dakota State Medical Society.

Patients and families appreciate Dr. Noyes’ availability, approachable nature and experience. He focuses on giving clear answers and ensuring everyone understands the treatment process. Dr. Noyes has an unwavering commitment to providing the best care to the people of Grand Forks and the region. He and his wife have two daughters and are happy to live and work in Grand Forks, ND.

Nurses

  • Joy is an oncology RN at Cancer Center Of North Dakota. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities. Joy has been an oncology-certified nurse since 1991. Prior to starting at CCND in 2005, she worked in Grand Forks for 17 years.

    As a member of the Oncology Nursing Society, Joy helps to keep professionals educated on new information. Joy works closely with CCND physicians in cancer treatment and also provides direct patient care. She administers chemotherapy and supportive care medications and offers patient education and support.

    Joy's role in the treatment process ensures that patients and their individual needs always come first. Her kind manner and constant support make this overwhelming experience more manageable. After nearly three decades of oncology nursing experience, Joy has terrific enthusiasm and true passion for what she does.

    She is grateful for the huge impact patients she has met have had on her life and says that knowing these patients is precisely the reason she loves oncology.

  • Erin is an oncology RN at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at the University of North Dakota. Prior to joining the CCND team, Erin worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Grand Forks. She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society.

    Erin provides quality patient care and administers chemotherapy and other medications. She also provides patient education and support. Erin enjoys the small, patient-oriented atmosphere at CCND as well as getting to know the patients and their families. Erin enjoys working in a place where the patient comes first and outstanding teamwork is always present.

    Erin and her boyfriend, Luke, live in Grand Forks with their two dogs (Mila and Nellie) and cat (KeeKee). They enjoy traveling, going to the lake, renovating their house and spending time with friends and family.

  • Clare is an oncology RN at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of North Dakota in 2021. Prior to going back to school for nursing, Clare received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UND in 2017 and worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. Clare is Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certified and administers these medications while also providing patient education and support. Clare enjoys the small, patient-oriented atmosphere at the Cancer Center of North Dakota and the wonderful staff, as well as getting to know the patients and their families.

    She enjoys fostering dogs, being outside, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Clare and her significant other, Justin, have a son, Trapper, and are expecting their 2nd baby this winter.

  • Riley is an oncology RN at Cancer Center of North Dakota. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.

    Riley administers chemotherapy, biotherapy, and other supportive medications while offering patient education and support. She believes that all patients needs come first. Riley enjoys the comfort and kindness that comes from the staff working together to provide exceptional care to patients.

    Riley and her husband Kameron live in Grand Forks with their sons Hollis and Haze, daughter Laken and dog Kade. In their free time they enjoy going to the lake, attending different sporting events and hanging out with family.

  • Paige is an Oncology RN at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. She earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from the University of North Dakota in 2019. Paige administers chemotherapy and biotherapy while providing quality care to her patient's. She enjoys caring and getting to know her patients and their loved ones. She also enjoys the wonderful, handwork, and supportive staff that she gets to work alongside.

    Paige and her husband Ethan live in Grand Forks with their son Hudson and dog Marley. Their family enjoys going to the lake, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Kaylee is an oncology LPN at The Cancer Center of North Dakota. She earned her degree in Practical Nursing from Northland Community and Technical College in East Grand Forks.  Kaylee enjoys the welcoming, patient centered environment at CCND.  Her favorite part of the job is getting to connect with a variety of patients.  

    Kaylee lives in Grand Forks with her husband John. They enjoy spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs (Louis and Finn). They also enjoy being outdoors and going to the dog park.

  • Sydney is an oncology RN at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of North Dakota in 2022. Sydney administers chemotherapy, biotherapy and other supportive medications. Sydney prioritizes patient needs, ensuring they receive safe, quality care. She enjoys connecting and getting to know each patient and their families. She enjoys working alongside the most kindhearted, helpful, and hardworking coworkers at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. Sydney and her husband live in East Grand Forks, MN. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time at the lake.

  • Maddy is a born-and-raised Minnesotan. She is an oncology RN at The Cancer Center of North Dakota. She earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from Bemidji State University in 2025. Maddy offers quality patient care by creating a warm and nurturing environment. She likes working in a small, patient-orientated atmosphere where the patients always come first. She enjoys connecting with the patients along with getting to know their family members.

    Maddy lives in Grand Forks with her husband, Cody. In June 2025, they welcomed their Red Lab, Rusty, to the family. During the summer, she enjoys spending time at the lake with family and friends. She also likes reading, going for walks with Rusty, and attending sporting events with friends.

  • Justine is an Oncology RN at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in nursing at Minnesota State University of Moorhead in 2010. Justine administers chemotherapy, biotherapy and other supportive medications while providing quality patient care. Justine enjoys the patient-oriented atmosphere at the Cancer Center of North Dakota and working alongside wonderful and supportive staff. Justine enjoys connecting and getting to know the patients and their loved ones.

    Justine enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys hockey, reading books, lake time and spending time with family and friends.

  • Mackenzie is an oncology RN at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota in 2023. Mackenzie administers chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive medications. She enjoys the opportunity to get to know her patients throughout their time at CCND.

     Mackenzie lives in Grand Forks with her husband Jory. In her free time, she enjoys going to the lake, spending time with her family and friends, and renovating her home.

  • Rachel is an oncology RN at The Cancer Center of North Dakota. She earned her Registered Nurse degree from Northland Community and Technical College in 2023. She also earned her Bachelors degree in Finance from UND prior to going back to school for nursing.

    Rachel enjoys working in a smaller setting with a kindhearted team who truly care about those under their care. Rachel enjoys spending time with her fiancé and golden retriever (River). She also enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, golfing, going to the lake, and remodeling their home.

  • Madi is an Oncology LPN at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. She earned her diploma from Northland Community and Technical College. Madi has six years of experience in healthcare in areas including acute and long-term care. Madi enjoys making connections with patients and their families. She also appreciates the supportive team at CCND that go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable.

    Madi recently moved to a farmstead outside of Michigan, ND and lives there with her boyfriend, Levi, and their two dogs, Piper and Stella. In their free time, they enjoy spending time on the pontoon in the summer and ice fishing in the winter.

  • Ella is a new LPN at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. She received her diploma at Northland Community and Technical College. Ella has 5 years of experience in long term care. Ella is committed to making patients feel welcome and cared for during their appointments. Ella loves the atmosphere that the Cancer Center of North Dakota has created by how willing everyone is to support each other.

  • Emma holds a Certified Nursing Assistant certification earned by examination via Northland Community & Technical College. Emma has 5 years of long term care experience prior to joining the CCND team. Emma loves making a positive impact on people's lives and strives to be an enthusiastic and approachable face to patients. She enjoys working in a patient-first atmosphere where teamwork and friendly faces are always present.

    Emma lives in Grand Forks with her dog Mabel. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, hanging out on her family’s farm, and baking.

Radiation Therapy

  • Jane is a registered Radiation Therapist and joined the Cancer Center of North Dakota in 2013. She is a graduate of Washburn University School of Radiation Therapy in Topeka, Kansas. As a member of ARRT, ASRT and NDMIRT Jane keeps current with the latest procedures and therapies.

    In the warm and friendly atmosphere of CCND, Jane works with Dr. Noyes to deliver radiation treatment to patients. She believes in providing compassionate, confidential and individualized care to patients.

    Jane and her husband, Lon, live in Grand Forks. They have three children and two grandsons. She enjoys cooking, working out and going to the lake.

  • Emily is a Radiation Therapist at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Jamestown and completed X-Ray school through Trinity Health Radiologic Technology Program in Minot, ND. She continued her education earning an Associates degree in Radiation Therapy from Mitchell Tech. Emily is a member of the ARRT, ASRT, and NDMIRT. Emily loves the tight knit, small atmosphere at CCND, she enjoys getting to know the patients and their families on a personal level.

    Emily strives to provide attentive and compassionate care to all patients. Emily is from Thompson, ND, and in her spare time she likes to hang out with family and friends, attend sporting events, and golf.

PET/CT

  • Molly is a Registered Radiologic Technologist at the Cancer Center of North Dakota where she performs CT and PET scans. A native of Grand Forks, ND, Molly received her associate's degree in Radiology from Northland Technical College in East Grand Forks, MN and her bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Minnesota, Crookston. She is a member of ASRT, ARRT and NDMRT.

    Molly has over 25 years’ experience in the medical field and has a true passion for patient care. Molly is honored to be a part of the caring, compassionate and knowledgeable team at CCND in which she is able to apply her experience and passion to the patient-oriented care each and every patient receives. Molly is proud to be a part of the positive atmosphere at CCND which includes the dedication and genuine care to treating the whole patient.

    In her free time, Molly enjoys yoga, hiking, biking, pickleball, reading and volunteering within the community.

  • Amanda is a registered Radiologic Technologist at the Cancer Center of North Dakota where she performs CT and PET scans. Amanda was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND. She received her Associates of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology degree from Northland Community and Technical College in East Grand Forks, MN. She is a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), and The North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board (NDMIRT).

    Joining our team in January 2023, Amanda brings with her over 20 years of healthcare experience.  Amanda is a dedicated, caring, and compassionate person who strives to deliver exceptional care to all of her patients. She is excited and extremely honored to be part of such a great team that embodies these same qualities.

    Amanda lives in rural Thompson, ND with her husband, Aarick, their daughter, Adleigh, and their fur babies, Ruger and Kimber. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities, attending sporting events, traveling, and spending quality time with their family and friends.

Administrative

  • Rachel is a Patient Care Coordinator at Cancer Center of North Dakota. A native of Grand Forks, ND, Rachel received her associate's degree in Accounting from Northland Community & Technical College in East Grand Forks, MN.

    Rachel is proud to be a part of a team that focuses on doing everything they can for our patients during difficult times. Rachel lives in Grand Forks with her two dogs, Bo and Lucy. In her free time she enjoys family and friends, reading, exercising, and playing with her dogs.

  • Kelly is a Patient Care Coordinator at the Cancer Center of ND, responsible for ensuring that patient's medical needs are being met by seeking authorizations for prescribed treatments and securing financial assistance when needed. 

    She is honored to be a member of a positive team whose mission is complete patient focus and care. The Cancer Center's friendly and caring environment encourages healing for those we serve. 

    Kelly is a native of Grand Forks, ND graduating from the University of North Dakota in 1991 with a BS in Management. She loves spending time traveling and creating memories with her family and friends, especially her niece Gabbi. 

  • Maureen is a Patient Care Coordinator at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. She is a native of Rolla, ND graduating from Northland Technical and Community College in East Grand Forks, MN.

    Maureen is responsible for obtaining prior authorizations for patient treatments and seeking financial options for patients. She enjoys the warm and inviting environment that Cancer Center of North Dakota has created for patients. In her free time she enjoys family time, gardening and repurposing furniture. Maureen lives in Alvarado, MN.

  • Mandy is an AHIMA Certified Coding Specialist with an associate’s degree in Health Information Technology from Rasmussen University. In October, 2023 she joined CCND and loves working with the other staff.

    She lives in Crookston with her husband and son, where they often kayak, scooter, and play video games together. As an animal lover, she also enjoys the company of her dogs, cats, and horses.

  • Shelley is a native Californian who now calls North Dakota home! She received her medical coding certificate in 2023 and then joined the CCND team. Shelley enjoys the positive team atmosphere that consistently strives for excellence in serving our patients. She enjoys doing puzzles and reading along with spending time with her family especially her German shorthaired pointers, Forrest, Jenny, and Rango.

  • Amy is a certified medical coder at the Cancer Center of North Dakota with 3.5 years of coding experience. As a certified medical coder Amy's responsibilities include translating healthcare diagnoses, procedures and services into standard codes. By correctly coding Amy is able to provide accurate patient records for our billing department.

    Amy loves to travel, whether to the lake with her family, around the country or internationally, she is always planning her next adventure! Amy enjoys crafting, reading/audio books, puzzles and collecting anything highland cow!

    Amy is a native of Chicago and the suburbs, who now finds her home in Grand Forks, ND with her husband, daughter, 2 cats and a dog named Jack Ryan!

  • Brie is an Administrative Assistant at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. Brie has been working in the healthcare field for about 4 years, assuring you to feel welcomed and comfortable during your time at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. Brie is originally from Grand Rapids, MN and is currently in school pursuing her dream of becoming an RN.

    While Brie is away from work, you find her studying, at the lake and spending time with her boyfriend and German Shepherd named Cash!

    Brie feels honored to be apart of the CCND family allowing her to become close with the patients and their families!

  • Caitlin is an Administrative Assistant at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. Caitlin has been working in the medical field for over 4 years and aspires to give the most personable care experience and will ensure you feel welcomed. Caitlin is a Grand Forks native and soon wants to complete her degree in nursing to pursue a path even more dedicated to the care of others. She is a committed team member that is excited to be a part of the Cancer Center Community!

    When Caitlin isn’t at work you can find her with her son and three cats. She enjoys journaling in her free time and spending as much time outside as possible. Her favorite hobby is collecting music memorabilia and playing bingo on the weekends with her Grandma!

  • Kayla is an Administrative Assistant at the Cancer Center of North Dakota. She is passionate about helping others feel seen, supported, and valued in every interaction. Originally from Crookston, Minnesota, Kayla enjoys thrifting, going for walks, spending time with friends, and coloring in her free time. She feels honored to be part of the CCND team and looks forward to building relationships with patients and fellow staff members!
